Our Policy on Furniture and Custom Made Items

District17 offers many furniture items as well as items that are custom made and made-to-order especially for you. These furniture pieces, bedding sets, gifts, monogrammed items and decorative accessories are made just for you. Furniture pieces offered on District17.com are not returnable. If an item is custom made or made-to-order, the product description will state: "This item is custom made especially for you upon your order." Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items, as they are made-to-order. If you wish to cancel an order for furniture or a custom made item, you may do so within 2 days of the placement of the order. On the third day, your order will go into production.
